Bloomberg News Bay Area Sales Are On The Rise
Yesterday I attended a large Marin Real Estate Networking Group at the Acqua Hotel in Mill Valley. Curiously, October of 2009 was the busiest month of the year for home that have gone under contract/pending in Octob er. And, November looks poised to be a good month also. At the meeting yesterday it was reported that 213 single family detached homes went under contract, while 74 Condos went under contract/pending also. Historically April, May, June, and July have been the strongest months for home sales in Marin but these are different times.
