If there’s anything worrying about the unrelenting bullishness heard from virtually every quarter, it’s the sheer volume. I don’t see any moderating voices. My guess is that there are some people who take a more cautious approach (like me) but they’re staying quiet for the time being, not wanting to be laughed at if the market continues to improve. But the voice heard below if you select the link is one wholly unexpected. The analyst known as Poison Ivy who angered many people by all her negativity back in 2006 has turned out to be a pretty shrewd observer. While I still advise Buyers to buy, I don’t want them buy if it isn’t a financially sound and affordable option.
